Microsoft Dynamics® CRM now provides an easy way to clear the server-side cache for portals.

You must be logged into an account with an administrative web role.

Follow the quick steps below:

  1. After logging in, navigate to: http://portaldomain.com/_services/about
  2. Click the Clear Cache button.
  3. You have just successfully cleared your portal cache. You should now be able to see all content, entity and form changes!
